I made it to the gym today and kicked butt! Tomorrow I start week three of the Couch to 5K and it is getting harder. The best part is I know that I can do it!
Today I read a new post from one of my favorite blogs and she shared this video. No matter how much I sweat and huff and puff, I hope I never look this ridiculous!

I cooked for the first time today in a long time. I made Chicken Burgers. Actually I made Turkey Burgers since I defrosted the turkey and not the chicken. I cannot remember where I found this recipe, but I am so glad that I did. The burgers were amazing. The burgers fell apart while I was cooking them, so I tossed them with some broccoli and had a wonderful meal. The recipe made six large burgers so I was able to freeze some for later.
I enjoyed cooking. I got to play with a lot of my toys that have been gathering dust. I find the whole process very relaxing and exciting. You never know how a recipe is going to turn out and it is fun to make the recipe your own. Even the clean up is relaxing. How many people say that?
