Awhile back I read a list of books you must read before the movie comes out. The D.U.F.F. was one of those books. It was only $2.99 on my Kindle and seemed like a good book to read on my break.
I know I am a middle-aged woman, but I loved this book. I have always felt like the D.U.F.F. (designated ugly fat friend) and in some wild way I could relate to the main character. It was a book that I wanted to keep reading to see how it ended. Actually, I knew how it would end and I did not care. I really enjoyed the book.
I also took myself to see Kingsmen: The Secret Service today. I had heard people talking about it and it sounded like my kind of movie.
I loved it! How can you go wrong with Colin Firth and Samuel L. Jackson??? The movie was a bit violent, but just amazing! I hope there are more to come. It was funny to see Colin Firth as a tough guy, but I liked it!
