Happy Thanksgiving!
What and I thankful for?
1. Being away from the family!
2. My Begonia, friends, job, and health.
3. Being able to still fit into my skinny jeans!
My cousin and I have our Thanksgiving tradition. It is something that we do every year and have no desire to stray from the routine.
We have brunch at Mother’s Bistro. We have been coming here for 3-4 years. The place is cutely decorated and there is usually a line out the door. The salmon hash is divine and I crave it all year long.
The tradition continues with us coming home in a food coma. We watch movies all day, while curdled up in blankets with the cats. This year we watched Maleficent. It was as good as I remembered it! I was also introduced to Sherlock. The series never interested me, but now I am hooked. The show is amazing! Watch it!!
Now I must get ready for dinner. Our Thanksgiving tradition always ends with dinner at Jake’s Grill. This is not my favorite place, but my cousin likes it so I am happy. We usually always have the salmon. Never any turkey.
Is that anti-Thanksgiving?
