Today was a lazy Sunday. I rolled out of bed late after I received probably one of the best texts ever!
“I think you may have a pair of underwear in your car”.
If only I could wake up to a text like that everyday.
Sadly I did not find a pair of underwear in my car.
After that text, the day was not nearly as exciting. Mom and I ran some errands, had lunch, and got our toes done. I then came home and did some laundry. Kinda of a great Sunday.
I do have to share what I made for dinner. One of my favorite dishes is a Caprese Salad. If I was on death row and was asked what I wanted as my last meal, a Caprese Salad would be on that list. Ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, and pungent basil make my heart sing. I forgot to buy basil, but my salad was still amazing. 
I had some pasta with meat sauce I had cooked earlier in the week, so I added a little more tomato sauce to it, a few chunks of fresh mozzarella, and some shaved parmesan to it and was in heaven.
I apologize for the blurriness of the picture. My stomach was screaming and I had to feed it.
I do not think I will eat for a week… or until tomorrow. Thank goodness I have a day to recover.
