… And she liked it!
Today Begonia had to get her annual shots. She is a trooper when it comes to the whole ordeal. I think she enjoys the car ride as a matter of fact. On the way home, I take her out of her carrier and she sits on my lap while looking out the window. I have always thought that Begonia was more of a dog than a cat- she likes car rides, comes when I whistle, enjoys walks- dog stuff!
Tonight was movie night at a friend’s house and like usual I missed the movie due to talking too much. I needed a night like tonight to get me out of the house. I brought two dishes- the Seven Layer Bars I made yesterday. They were a hit and renamed PMS Bars. I also made a Watermelon, Tomato, and Goat Cheese Salad.
This was so good that I had it for lunch today as well. I think I have found my lunch for the rest of summer! And it is pretty healthy!
Remember the Easy Blueberry Muffin Bread Pudding that had to set overnight? Well I had it for breakfast today and it was totally worth the wait!
I cannot wait for tomorrow to come so I can have some more!!!!
I think I am done cooking for the week, but I am already planning on what to cook next week. I did a lot of “baking” the past few days so I am thinking of something less bakey (yes, I made up that word). I will be hard to top the deliciousness of this week!
