My allergies kicked in today.
Hard.
I was not in the mood to do much tonight so I decided to be a couch potato. I heated up some leftover meatloaf, put on my pjs, and cuddled with Begonia. It was exactly what I needed. I watched two movies that were taking up space on my DVR.
Movie #1 was Whiplash. I was surprised by how much I liked it. The story was not at all what I thought it would be. I expected a different ending and yet it was the perfect ending. The actors were superb and the music was great. I have a whole new respect for musicians.
Movie #2 was American Sniper. I knew going into this movie that it was not my thing, but I had to give is chance. And I had to see the infamous fake baby! The movie was not bad. Bradley Cooper did a great job. I am just not a fan of that type of movie.
I did cry like a baby at the end. I have such a special place in my heart for the military. The military raised me. My dad went off to war and thankfully came back every time. I am so thankful for that.
Now I am off to bed. Yup, I will be in bed by 9:15 on a Friday.
