550 feet above The Strip

Another great day in Vegas.

Who would have ever thought that.

I ditched my camera bag today. It was ridicously heavy and causing my back to hurt. I found this cute bag at Brighton and what a difference it made!

After G was done with the conference, it was time to explore. Vegas was hit by a beautiful thunderstorm. We had rain, thunder, and lightening. G and I were thrilled. People were freaking out that water was falling from the sky. We were under a flash flood warning.

We braved the rain and headed to the Hersey Store. Chocolate everywhere! The store was packed.

Then we headed to dinner at Shake Shack. I have heard about this place for years and always wanted to try it. I thought I would have to travel to New York to try it. Nope! One opened in Vegas not to long ago.

The Angels must have heard my prayers.

But would it be as good as everyone said it was?

It was better. I understand the hype. We tried burgers, fries, and a shaken-dessert thingy. All were amazing. I kinda of want to go back tomorrow.

Next on the list was The High Roller!!!!!!

This is the tallest Ferris wheel in the world. 550 feet in the air. I am not going lie, but I was a little nervous, but super excited. It takes 30 minutes for it to go completely around.

The views were breathe taking. The gondola provided 360 degree views. On one side we say the strip at night and on the other side we saw a beautiful lightening storm in the distance. The ride was over before I knew it.

What adventures will tomorrow bring?
